Didn't finish Cleo. I was running on very little sleep, and ended up switching to an NFL game so I could sleep through all but the last couple minutes. What I saw of it was okay, but not spectacular.

So, when I was recounting the new Spiderman movie to a co-worker and got to the point where Mysterio reveals Spiderman's identity, my co-worker says " Big deal. Everyone knows that Peter Parker is Spiderman."

We have come to the conclusion that our lunch chats with "Uncle Tony" are precursors to the future nursing home visits with him. He really does think everyone is crazy except for him.

I know your criteria are specific here, so this doesn't apply to what you're doing, but I don't think I would count Blackthorn as being part of the Butch & Sundance franchise since they seem to be disparate stories based on the same real life person. But I would count this:

Nice! I guess I'm still figuring out what I'm getting at. I mean one is the rarity if the blockbuster that never gets a sequel or remake, and those that do are mostly considered artistic triumphs so less interested in "selling out."

I think a better look at these original films is which have had their IP running strong recently and which have been untapped for decades. Live Story got a sequel but is 100 percent dormant. Rocky Horror is similar but they had that live TV version which means someone feels it's still has life in it.
