Minnesota Supreme Court can go to hell

"The Minnesota Supreme Court said that a man who had sex with a woman while she was passed out on his couch can’t be convicted of rape because the woman willingly got drunk beforehand."

They have a crap sexual assault law in MN, perhaps surprisingly given other progressive moves in the state politics. My guess as nonexpert is that they really didn't have a choice due to what the law says, and this one is the fault and future duty of the legislature.
