Judas's Last Supper

There's a lot of parody photos of the Last Supper, and I was having fun searching through them. But then I realized, if you want to do this right, you have to figure out which character is in Judas's spot. For reference, here's the seating chart:

Image

So there's our guy. Three heads to the left of Jesus (but on Jesus's right). Look, there's a lot of bad parodies out there that don't even bother respecting the seating order at all. I mean, what the hell is this:

But then I also realized that a lot of these try to get it right and then ignore the importance of one character being Judas. For example:

Image

I mean... a much better attempt at placement, but Black Panther in the Judas seat? Give me a break. He's the last person that should be there. This one's a bit better? Wolverine I suppose?

Image

I was originally going to go right past this Star Wars one, because it's just a bunch of stormtroopers, but then... they nailed the Judas seat:

At first I thought that this one got it wrong, but then thought about it a bit:

Image

Yeah DK. That makes sense. You'd think Bowser, but he was never truly a friend or confidant of Mario, was he? DK is perfect here. Similarly, another perfect Judas seat warmer:

Any other Last Supper contributions would be appreciated.

Judas and John are the only two we can place (John laid his head on Jesus)

From the NET Bible:
John Ch. 13
The Announcement of Jesus’ Betrayal

18“What I am saying does not refer to all of you. I know the ones I have chosen. But this is to fulfill the scripture, ‘The one who eats my bread has turned against me.’ 19I am telling you this now, before it happens, so that when it happens you may believe that I am he. 20I tell you the solemn truth, whoever accepts the one I send accepts me, and whoever accepts me accepts the one who sent me.”

21When he had said these things, Jesus was greatly distressed in spirit, and testified, “I tell you the solemn truth, one of you will betray me.”

22The disciples began to look at one another, worried and perplexed to know which of them he was talking about. 23One of his disciples, the one Jesus loved, was at the table to the right of Jesus in a place of honor(Scholars agree that this is John who is also the author)

. 24So Simon Peter gestured to this disciple to ask Jesus who it was he was referring to. 25Then the disciple whom Jesus loved leaned back against Jesus’ chest and asked him, “Lord, who is it?”(John again)

26Jesus replied, “It is the one to whom I will give this piece of bread after I have dipped it in the dish.” Then he dipped the piece of bread in the dish and gave it to Judas Iscariot, Simon’s son. 27And after Judas took the piece of bread, Satan entered into him. Jesus said to him, “What you are about to do, do quickly.” 28(Now none of those present at the table understood why Jesus said this to Judas. 29Some thought that, because Judas had the money box, Jesus was telling him to buy whatever they needed for the feast, or to give something to the poor.) 30Judas took the piece of bread and went out immediately. (Now it was night.)

It's anybody's guess who sits where. It's an interesting painting with a lot going on.
I would assume that Thor and The Hulk would be cast as James and John due to their title "Sons of Thunder"

Ooh, and I would put Bat-fleck in the Judas seat for Supes!

I would guess Peter would have edged out James, too.

I like it.I like it all.
Thanks for posting this Kyle

Okay- that's a brilliant observation. If Superman is in the Jesus seat, it should 100% be Batman in the Judas seat. Good call.
