I love that idea.
Been thinking it might be hard to gauge when the time change would happen. So what if, assuming everyone has the threads paginate every 50th post, that at the start of every new page (post 51,101,151,201, etc), it decreases per hour. Then cuts in half after 1 hour?

That's great thinking!

I'm in favor of implementing this on the next one. (Unless people are really clamoring to do it on the current thread.)

I've listened to this a bit over the last year, and it's still very good as audio-only, but of course the full visual you get the whole capital p (and then more capitals after the p) PERFORMANCE.

Love this blustery day! Pretty much everything in this is great... except maybe the building. Yeah the building doesn't excite me, but everything else here does!

I thought the one with the cranes blue green was #8! I have to know! I would say number eight is number one for me and this one with the horses is number two and the snowy scene is number three. But I'm thinking you've got some real good ones in store because we are really getting into some excitement now! I even like the building in this one because there's writing on it and some kind of little walkway porch and I'm wondering what kind of building it is!

The jigsaw puzzle version is more colorful but each are great in their own way. This one, a fisherman living in a blue world of land, sea, and sky (hard to see where one ends and the other begins, full of drama and triangles, working hard while the eye of Fuji watches.

Here it is less monochrome -- still debate which one I prefer

I love this detail vs. simplicity Fuji too, but it's not as good as cranes or horses. Looking forward to the rest of the top 10!

Song is great, the performance perfection. Apex of Hollywood musicals. Maybe the most joyous four minutes recorded.

This one's interesting. I like it in the top 10, but it's like 3 performances in the film. And really, the best performance isn't so much of the great Dooley Wilson and his beautiful voice but the reaction shots of Ilsa and Rick to the song. In particular Ilsa's sad downturned eyes. So good. Yeah, enhances the film, great song on its own, most famous version. I'm good with this :-)

Legit, yes. It's the combination of a good song and a memorable song that is both essential to the movie plot and defining of the movie itself in a general way and influential in the culture and blah blah blah. They had a hard time with this concept but at least they got a few right.
