I apologise for my cultural appropriation of a phrase used by a sub-sect of well-known cultural appropriators known as the British Empire. It was insensitive of me. And for any Australians who have read it and are offended by my use of that phrase, I sincerely apologise and can only say that no offence was intended. However, that does not excuse my appropriation of that phrase. I can only tell you that I will step away from this thread for a short while in order to take stock of my life, spend some personal time with my family, reassess my priorities in life, think on how I can atone for the harm I may have caused, and work on becoming a better person. Again, I apologise for any offence I have caused.
