You know this song. This is the third verse. I picked this verse because I realized I didn't recognized the lyrics in the first two. I mean, like, I recognized the sounds and rhythms, but figured out I had never known what the words were. I'll give you the chorus:
A deviation of the mind,
A state of madness unrefined!
Insanity claims its domain,
Within the recesses of the brain!
Holy shit! ChatGPT even rhymed it! I'm so happy.

This is actually the first time I've used ChatGPT:
We are engaged in conversation
I find myself uncertain of what words to express
Nevertheless, I shall articulate them
This day presents another opportunity to encounter you
You seem to be avoiding attention
Fear not, I shall endeavor to pursue your affection, if I may

Yes! 100%! Go Kyle!

I actually intended to search for Hits from the Bong, but I forgot that these aren't the same song.

A-Ha, Take on Me!

That's fantastic, Tahlvin! I was stumped, but I translated "say it anyway" from the third line. And I knew I had it, but all I could hear was that line. I couldn't feel any words around it. After I finally distracted myself with something else, the whole song just started playing in my head. Minds are awesome!

We're talking away
I don't know what I'm to say
I'll say it anyway
Today is another day to find you
Shyin' away
Oh, I'll be comin' for your love, okay

Select it, pack it, ignite the herb, join me, and partake in a draw from the water pipe. Set the cigar aside momentarily; allow me to clarify, this method is not novel. Inhale deeply, then exhale slowly. I have recently acquired an ounce via mail delivery. While I appreciate a cigar or a generously-sized joint, it's my dual-chamber water pipe that truly elevates my state of intoxication.

I am adept at this practice, ensure not to spill the water within, for it's a delicate balance. Despite its pungent odor permeating the room, it goes down smoothly with each clean inhalation. Indulging in the potent, fragrant green substance, I chant my anthem. Partaking in tokes from the water pipe throughout the night.
Had to see what it did. Not disappointed.

Someone else can go.

Okay, I think this is a hard one without another verse- but it's doable:
Proper English Gentleman wrote:I managed to navigate the uncharted territories, old chap. Miraculously, I emerged unscathed, having traversed the wilderness, as it were. I must confess, I was utterly bewildered and lost, until, fortuitously, I chanced upon your esteemed presence. It was only then that I realized the depths of my disorientation, and I daresay, I owe a debt of gratitude to your guiding light, my dear fellow.

I'm stumped. It's clearly more than a single rapper- but it could be credited to a single rapper with featured rappers on it. Here's what I've got:

We're the OG rappers
Take off your shoes and socks [a BB King call out?]
Our rhymes are sick
and our beats [?] like lightning.

Don't make me laugh
If you stay, I'll get you paid
My digits are more than your phone can hold [?]
Because we're so good.

Proper English Gentleman wrote:I emerge from slumber, somewhat disheveled, I confess, and make my way to the kitchen in a state of slight disorientation. Upon arrival, I pour myself a cup of...ahem...enthusiasm, a stimulating brew, if I do say so myself. Following this, I indulge in a gentle yawn, rather like a refined stretch, and attempt to shake off the lingering fogginess of sleep, in order to fully awaken and tackle the day ahead with the requisite vigor and aplomb.

It is! You go!

By the way, I tried doing it with a "Rootin Tootin Cowboy from the Wild West" and a "1920s Gangster" but both of those options yielded dialogue that was way to close to the lyrics, often using the key words verbatim from the lyrics.

Had that song in my head for some reason. It was hard to pick verses to translate because many of them had names in them that wouldn't translate. I was hoping it would translate "Beastie Boys" into something creative, like "monstrous lads", but it just spit back out "Beastie Boys".

I have journeyed around the world in search of that remarkable woman, who understands that love can endure. And indeed, you know it shall.

Chicago, Inspiration.

My wife loves seeing them in concert. They're going to be near us at the beginning of June, but we can't go see them. We leave on our Scotland trip on June 8, and one of the travel recommendations is to avoid crowds and exposure to diseases for several weeks before departure in order to reduce the chances of falling ill during the trip.

This one may be too hard. I asked it to rewrite the lyrics of a popular song as if they were a monologue in an Elizabethan play:
They spake unto him, "Ne'er shall thou return hither,
Desire we not the sight of thy visage, henceforth vanish!"
In their eyes burneth a fire, and their words ring true and harsh,
Therefore, depart swiftly, make thy exit with haste.
Thou hadst best flee, do what thou must,
Seek not to spill blood, nor don the guise of bravado.
If thou dost crave toughness, then act as prudence dictates,
Depart swiftly, though in thy heart thou yearn to defy."

Ascending towards the lofty heights of a remote earthly paradise,
His fortune acquired through mere happenstance,
Declares he has transgressed no law.
A two-time miscreant, his luck wanes,
Necessitating a swift departure.
Rumors abound,
Of one's imminent downfall,
This occasion, it is said, shall prove enduring.
He is known as the provider of solace,
The purveyor of remedy,
He is the antidote for all afflictions.

[I would like to note how very pleased and amused I am by these results. It really feels like poetry.]

Dr. Feelgood -- Motley Crue

I thought I knew lyrics to Drm Feelgood, but apparently I only know the chorus. I had to Google two-time loser down on his luck to get it. But then I felt like I cheated, so I waited a bit before posting the answer.

The translation is brilliant though.

It's a two-fer! A couple easy ones:
A clandestine paramour, perpetually concealed beneath the bedclothes, until I conversed with your father, who remarked:
He said, "You haven't experienced anything until you've encountered a muffin, then you'll surely amend your ways." I made the acquaintance of a cheerleader, a youthful maiden. Oh, the moments I could recall. For the finest delights of affection with her sister and her cousin, commenced merely with a kiss like this.
Throughout the world, statues crumble in my honor. Who can say for how long I have loved you? Wherever I travel, people pause to take notice. At the age of twenty-five, I reflect upon my dear mother, God rest her soul. I am overcome with the desire to simply soar.

You inject a certain... je ne sais quoi, a certain boom boom, if you will, that sends my very soul soaring to unprecedented heights! Not challenging but too good not to share for enjoyment:

Ah, behold! She espied him standing amidst the aisle designated,
"If inquiry befalls, one's means are not fit for such attire," lingerie.
She bestowed upon him sustenance and proclaimed, "Incite my ecstasy,"
In obscurity, what rejoinder could he tender?
Gentlemen with trivial discourse and paltry intellects
Truly fail to impress me within the boudoir.
She declared, "I seek a stalwart gentleman, darling,
Adorned in diamonds and furs,
For love alone would not captivate my intellect."
She aspires to lead a life of opulence,
Devoid of the need for a man's caress.
She aspires to lead a life of opulence,
For without love, it lacks substance.

I feel like the robot is giving me spectacular results:

Indeed, I encounter difficulties with gentlemen, a facet of my humanity,
Yet I address them with opulence, a trait bestowed upon me by divine providence.
You could have had a formidable woman, unbound by commitments,
Assisting you in your endeavors, albeit modestly.
Your obligation was to support me steadfastly,
Yet you impede my progress,
And that, my dear sir, is the reason for my lack of correspondence.

I got Baby Got Back right away, but both of Phoebe's stumped me. I suspected the first one was Material Girl, but none of the lyrics lined up without the one verse I could remember. Turns out, if you ask the AI what popular song this is, it is very good at that. It WAS Material Girl. And it says the other one is Irreplaceable by Beyonce. I'm taking it's word for that, because I didn't know such a song existed.

And THAT is definitely cheating.
