Getting older is weird. It's like you get wiser but pay for it directly in pain. Just laying here with one knee bent and all of a sudden it's excruciatingly painful in the knee. Why? Can't bend at 110 degrees now? Looking forward to whatever new insight was won.

I really don't know how people are handling that level of being baked constantly. I found it nearly intolerable to be where I am and want to go to a colder place. Honestly don't know if I could make it through that much over 100° weather.
