Re: Calendar
I think that I would prefer the 11th, as I do not have work that day, and have very little to do the following day at work. I will consult Andrew and SB.

Yeah and I want to clarify- I don’t support any of that stuff. But I think schools having inconsistent and ill-enforced rules only makes the vaccine hesitant feel more justified in their hesitancy. But I want to be clear- I think they’re wrong. Apologies if it came across that I think you believe t...

Hey! I just got to this podcast a couple of days ago, so here's my Kingdom Hearts summary as requested: Sora, a character from a Final Fantasy like world, along with a few of his FF-style friends, learns that there are multiple worlds. When his world is destroyed by an encroaching evil darkness, he ...

So, Evil Strange and Party Thor will definitely be teaming up based on the mid-season trailer. I'm guessing that they're somehow going to be using the zombies as a distraction for the Ultron drones. Captain Carter and T'Challa Starlord are probably also going to team up. Maybe Killmonger, but I'm no...

Re: #2 Avengers: Endgame vs. #7 Guardians of the Galaxy
Endgame was a great ending of several arcs and a great way to tie up phase 3. (I view From from Home as an epilogue.) There are several awesome moments, and has some of my favorite Cap moments. But if both were on TV at the same time (and probably have been), I'm probably choosing Guardians each time.

Re: [MCU] #8 Black Panther vs. #9 Guardians of the Galaxy, Vol 2
I picked Guardians 2. Black Panther is an amazing movie, neat fight scenes, amazing attention and respect to cultures of Africa, and one of my favorite ambigious characters in M'Batu. Killmonger is probably the most developed villain. But I picked Guardians 2 because after 10 or so viewings, I still...

Bias warning: I have not seen all of Incredible Hulk. I have the seen the vast majority of the film, but not all of the final fight between Hulk and Abomination. I'm sure there is a lot of executive meddling reasons for this, but it seems like it's left out of the MCU canon. There's a throwaway line...

I'm reluctant to comment on these polls because I don't want to influence the voting, but Dark World is, in my opinion, leaps and bounds the worst MCU movie. It was such an incoherent mess. There's a huge gap- for me- between it and the next-worst movie. I think you can comment. If an opinion is su...

Re: [MCU]#12 Doctor Strange vs. #21 Ant Man and the Wasp
I'm sorry, but this one is a Dr. Strange slam dunk. Ant-Man and the Wasp is definitely a lower tier MCU movie. I like the callbacks to Black Goliath, I like the real villain is actually a villain. Michell Pfeiffer's magical quantum powers are a stupid silver bullet for the end. The only necessary pa...

This one is what I am anticipating to be one of the most difficult match-ups. Neither one is what I would call one of the stand out films in the franchise.
