I feel this historically lands near Shay's Rebellion or the Whisky Rebellion.
The Maga Rebellion.

Boy were they into sentimentality. Well sung and fine in a Nilsson sorta way. But it's so constructed, the keyboardists and bassist and the only-occasional ace lead guitarist all have fun licks, but it's all they do, they don't move out of their comfort zones. Sentimental in all it's glory. In good and bad, in memories and in its performance. A song about adulthood that was probably a prom slo...

I know his big defeat is coming today, but seemingly losing the two Georgia seats might be the true turning point in GOP's all-in on Trump. My issue is with anxiety, though I share some of these fears noted above. I had a series of panic attacks in 2005 that really set the template for the next decade or so. I read, I think via-Dave Weigel, that the thinking is, if Trump retires Dems move on, but if Trump is still using up oxygen in the political sphere and aims to run again, they'll be pushing for consequences. Switching to 32 let me add some Mahalia Jackson and Clarence "Frogman" Henry too.

So part of why I put matches together is based on genre (like Dua Lipa and BTS both in the neo-disco milieu, though if you really want me to, I can switch out with Doja Cat to give it a chance) but a bit of it is to take down easy targets and replace them with more worthy stuff.
